The hotel's ski-to-door access was fantastic for our family. We loved the spacious duplex suite, perfect for our stay with my son. The friendly staff helped us find great ski instructors at ESF.
My kids wished there were more variety in the breakfast options.

Super-friendly and exceptionally nice staff, had fantastic stay!!!
The breakfast was sensational and complete with outstanding locally made award winning bread and additional cost-scrambled eggs, for example. Location: the hotel was near adjacent shops & restaurants, several restaurants, and the slopes and all ski schools: )

The ski lockers woudl ve been a better experience for us if we actually received what we paid for. The bathroom was very small, flooding everywhere during showers. I almost thought this place deserved a good review until the staff offered no solutions and left me disgruntled. I expected way more from such a so-called high-end hotel.

Ski-in, ski-out access was a game changer for our family! The breakfast spread was on point, especially that freshly baked fruit bread-yum! Plus, the views from our balcony were out of this world!
We did miss having a cozy lounge area to chill, especially after a long day on the slopes. The bar could use more staff, the queues for drinks felt endless, and it got a bit chilly with the door to the terrace swinging open constantly.

Our duplex suite was great for our family-having two bathrooms was a real lifesaver during busy mornings. Luka at reception was always smiling!

Our Duplex Suite was roomy and comfortable, perfect for our group, and the views from our windows were amazing. The breakfast was good, with a variety of pastries and fresh options that set us up for our skiing adventures. I would have loved a few more hanging hooks for our ski gear in the room.
